Terms & Conditions

MD Media is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you visit our website or engage with our services.

1. Scope of Services
All services provided by MD Media will be delivered as outlined in the agreed scope, proposal, or package. Any additional work outside this scope may incur extra fees and adjusted timelines.
 
2. Payment Terms

  • Studio & One-Off Services: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.

  • Ongoing Retainer Services: Invoiced monthly in advance unless otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Late payments may incur a 5% weekly late fee and may result in paused services.
     

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We value your time, and ours. To ensure fairness, the following policy applies:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service: Non-refundable.

  • Cancellations made 2 days (48+ hours) prior to the service: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Rescheduling requests: Must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • No-shows or arriving more than 20 minutes late may result in the session being forfeited without refund.
     

4. Deliverables & Timelines
Final deliverables (e.g. content, reports, websites) will be completed within timelines agreed upon at the start of each project. MD Media is not liable for delays caused by missing client input, late feedback, or unforeseen technical issues.
 
5. Results Disclaimer
We use proven strategies and a data-driven approach—but we cannot guarantee specific results such as increased sales, engagement, or leads. Marketing success depends on a wide range of factors, including the client’s offer, product quality, pricing, and market conditions.
 
6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients receive full rights to final, paid deliverables.

  • Raw files, templates, and project drafts remain the property of MD Media unless otherwise agreed.

  • MD Media retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes unless confidentiality is requested in writing.
     

7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all necessary information, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Failure to do so may impact timelines, quality, and project results. You are also responsible for ensuring brand accuracy and final approvals before content goes live.
 
8. Use of Studio & Equipment
Studio clients agree to treat the space and equipment with care. Any damage or misuse will be charged to the client. Studio hire is intended for content creation use only; separate terms apply for event bookings or large productions.
 
9. Termination of Services
Ongoing contracts may be terminated with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be given for work already completed or in progress. MD Media reserves the right to terminate services due to breach of terms, non-payment, or disrespectful conduct.
 
10. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
